These envelopes were dropped off by girls wearing long black skirts on Friday afternoon…. They were walking up and down the first blocks of Blanche Berkeley etc… Coincidentally around the time the academy was letting out… I believe it was thei intention to also interact with children walking home from school…..at least it seemed that way
