Mini Mock Crab Cakes – Made with multi colored peppers, dill, and a special blend of seasonings. Comes with a wonderful creamy dipping sauce, each cake is about the size of a golf ball.   $1.95 each. *A minimum order of 5 servings is appreciated.

Sweet and Sour Cabbage Soup – Totally Fat Free! And it’s really good! Made with cabbage, onion, carrots, celery and tomatoes. $8.50 Quart,  3 or more $7.50.

Mexican Rice – Made with Basmati rice, black beans, corn, colored peppers, and sautéed onions.  Medium – $5.50 or Large – $11.00.

Tomato and Onion Salad with Tehini Dressing – Red onions, cilantro, and fresh garlic enhance the wonderful dressing in this salad.   Medium – $6.00 or Large – $12.00.

Honey Mustard Coleslaw – Made with onion and green pepper. Medium – $5.00 or Large – $10.00.

Wild Mushroom and Sautéed Onion Kasha – Accented by fresh garlic, and white wine. Can be served hot or cold. Medium – $6.50 or Large – $13.00.

Chinese Vegetable Stir-Fry – These lightly seasoned assorted vegetables are cooked in a minimal amount of olive oil making them Very Low Fat. They can be served hot or cold. Medium – $6.50 or Large – $13.00.

Roasted Red Skinned Potatoes and Green Beans – This dish is great served hot or cold and is made with a minimal amount of oil. Medium – $6.00 or Large – $12.00.

Broccoli, Spinach, and Mushroom Kugel  – Seasoned with a hint of dill and onion.   8×8- $9.50 (9 good sized pieces).

Strawberry and Pineapple Crisp – Alternating layers of pineapple, strawberries, and oat mixture, perfect hot or cold and freezes great. 9” Round $11.50.

Portabella Mushroom and Baby Spinach Tossed Salad – Perfectly sautéed portabella mushrooms, with hearts of palm, and cherry tomatoes, in a creamy French dressing. $3.75 per person. *A minimum order of 4 servings is appreciated on all tossed salads.

Strawberry and Mango Tossed Salad – A mixture of romaine lettuce, and baby spinach in red wine vinaigrette. $3.75 per. person. *A minimum order of 4 servings is appreciated on all tossed salads.
