Where’s the girls version of this? (we have female providers with the same little qualifying letters after their names who could skiillfully facilitate them)
And when will you add the older boys?
For those challenged with a hard time learning social skiills – for any of a variety of reasons – such focus groups can be very targetted, instructional and successful. It’s about time there was a frum venue to teach and learn them for our children. Yashar Kochachem!
Now, please, kindly and swiftly add the rest so not only the little boys can benefit.
How about just teaching these skills at HOME!!! this generation has come to rely too heavily on “organized classes, etc as an excuse to not teach appropriate behaviors and common courtesy at home. In a chap chap world, perhaps some self-reflection on the parent’s side on how they are teaching their kids by example would do some good. I mean back in my day, we woudl NEVER walk past someone, anyone, let alone an alter yid without saying Good Morning, guit novent, or Good Shabbos. but this generation has no clue of appropriate derech erertz. Today, you have to be a gadol hador and stories like this told about you for you to say a good morning! aaayy niskatnu hadoros. My only nechamah is that we are nearing the yemos hamoshiach where chazal say that chutzpah will be rampant.

A younger girls social skills group is very much needed. If anyone would like to organize one, it would be very much appreciated. Thanx!
