(Ed:This meshulach has again been seen collecting in our community. The information below still applies and if he asserts that there has been a “resolution” in these matters – this is not true. )
We do not publicize alerts like this unless there is a pressing need and there is very clear evidence. Further, even if it is true and helpful, it inevitably casts a negative light on the many needy collectors who come to our community. This information has been provided by Hochnosis Orchim in an effort to provide the community with more information on those who come to Cleveland to collect.
Moshe Shimon Semen Tov Babadzhanov (he goes by two or three different aliases as well) is in Cleveland collecting and it is highly recommended to not give any support financial or otherwise.
Further, notes from other city tzedakah databases indicate that he has a history of “violence and agression.” Additional information indicates he uses foul language and has a history of problematic behaviors.

The guy is saying that there was a misunderstanding with him and the LA Vaad that has since been resolved. I will attest to the fact that I personally spoke with my contact at the LA Vaad and the problem has definitely NOT been resolved. I see no use in going into further details. Literally every vaad hatzedakos in the world has either been notified or is already aware of this person’s unfortunate lack of integrity. Bottom line is that the guy needs to pack up his stuff along with all his aliases and move on already. There are some very trustworthy meshulachim coming to Cleveland within the next week or two that are in greater need of our chesed. If anyone wants to contact me they can do so at (216) 772-0234.

Well, This person was definitely in a local synagague this past sunday
What are we to do if we in fact see him again?
there is 1 thing notifying us that he is not welcome, however i think it is time we come up with a plan as to what to do to follow up! I feel the local rabbonim need to set an example and get involved because if they see him and do nothing, why should I?
