Looking to hire a part time office manager for a local health care company. The responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
You will work with all departments and assist with their needs on a day to day basis.
Payroll
Medical Billing
Documentation filing
A/R, A/P….
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, assignments and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Ability to solve problems and check accuracy.
Ability to work independently and alongside others.
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Flexibility as requirements and role changes.
Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Access and Excel a must.
Previous office experience preferred but not required.
Insurance background a plus.
Having worked in Healthcare a plus.
Ability to make sound and logical judgments.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent client service orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
