American Express is offering Card Members the opportunity to get a $10 statement credit (too bad it is not the $25 that it was last year) when they enroll their eligible American Express® Card and then use it to spend $10 or more in a single transaction at a qualifying small business location on Small Business Saturday. The number of enrollments is limited. Enrollment opens at 12:00AM MST on November 24th and continues until 11:59PM MST on November 30th unless the enrollment limit is reached sooner. Learn more at shopsmall.com. Registration is through 11/30 or until the limit is reached. Each card that you intend to use must be registered. Secondary cards (e.g. your wife has a second card on the account) should also work as well as AMEX cards issued by another bank (e.g. CITI or USAA). Credit will be reflected as a statement credit within 90 days. This will only work if both your card and the merchant is registered. Only for in-store transactions.
