A-Z Plumbing is looking for a creative, self-guided individual to take over busy plumbing office for mainly afternoon hours:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 1-5; Wednesdays 9-5; Fridays 9-1.
Office management experience is required as is the ability to multi-task and come across clearly & competently to customers, city officials and insurance company representatives. Computer skills are a must including the use of Microsoft word and excel. Familiarity with social media is desirable.
Duties include communicating with existing customers, establishing relationships with new customers, working with the building departments of city offices in the tri-county area, and maintaining licensure requirements for the business. Time management skills are essential.
The candidate will also demonstrate the ability to manage a team of plumbing professionals including dispatching jobs, monitoring a GPS tracking system, coordinating excavations and providing the team with necessary information and/or supplies to effectively complete tasks at hand. Constant communication with operations manager is essential.
Organization of invoices & work history is necessary, as is the ability to perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
