Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator (Temporary/Contract)
The Jewish Federation of Cleveland (JFC) has an immediate opening for a Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator (Temporary/Contract).
General Overview of the Position
The Marketing and Communications department at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland seeks a great project coordinator to help keep our dynamic team of creative go-getters on deadline. This unique position requires a highly-motivated professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in meeting expectations. You will interact with people from across the organization as you assist in creating project schedules and tracking project deadlines. Reports to Director of Marketing and Communications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and manage an effective and efficient production schedule of all marketing and communications projects produced by the department.
- Ensure the department is meeting its deadlines and manage timeline expectations organization wide.
- Manage advertising calendar and budget.
- Track and analyze data, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors.
- Provide oversight for in-house print shop scheduling.
- Special projects may also be assigned to this role.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- BA required with formal training in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in an office setting required; experience in an advertising, marketing, or communications role preferred.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to meet time-sensitive deadlines and excel in problem solving.
- Experience tracking and analyzing data and managing budgets.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for Jewish life and culture a plus.
