University Heights Vice Mayor Frankie Goldberg said she “absolutely” would have wanted to continue as a city council member if not for term limits.
“It truly has been an honor and a privilege to represent the citizens of University Heights,” Goldberg said. “These 12 years have gone by so quickly – like the blink of an eye – and I will miss it tremendously.”
