(Cleveland Jewish News)Ed: B”H LocalJewishNews has not been down due to such attacks, but it is important to note that given the high incidence of attempts, LJN and I am sure most other Jewish website are forced to spend much time and money for enhanced security. Large amounts of time are spent closing back doors, securing login methods, and making sure that software is up-to-date because if there is an attack very likely it will include Jewish websites. Secure Community Network has received multiple reports from Jewish organizations indicating that their websites were hacked and defaced, according to an intelligence report sent by SCN to Jewish agencies and security directors Feb. 25.
