Cleveland Heights hires full-time law director, six firefighters

City Council hired Anthony Farris as law director and six new firefighters were sworn in Wednesday night.  Farris – former law director and chief assistant prosecutor in Youngstown – replaces John Gibbon, who retired Dec. 31.
