It is too late now to request an absentee ballot since the application must be received by Sat, then the ballot must be received in the mail and then postmarked by Monday which is no longer possible. Sorry.

National Director says
1. If you still want to vote absentee you can download a request form here (for Cuyahoga County) http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/pdf_boe/en-US/Applications/absenteeApplication2012e.pdf It then needs to be mailed or hand delivered to the Board of Elections in order to RECEIVE a ballot.
2. See the FAQ http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/en-US/vote-by-mail.aspx for more details, but to ensure that your absentee vote counts, your best bet is to go down to the BOE in person and vote absentee before 5 pm Friday, May 2.
