Today Cleveland Heights launched its new smartphone app – Access Cleveland Heights – the latest development in the City’s ongoing efforts to enhance communication with its residents.
“The Access Cleveland Heights App empowers residents to be our eyes and ears in the community by providing an easy and interactive way to report issues at their convenience,” said City Manager Tanisha Briley. “The new app also creates a tool for us to manage service requests and expand coordination and communication between departments which will result in more efficient and effective service to residents.”
The new app offers a simple way to submit requests – like potholes, graffiti and many others – inside the Submit Request feature. Users can include an address and description, GPS-specific location, as well as a photo of the issue. Once a request is submitted, users can keep track of pending and completed requests.
The Access Cleveland Heights App is full of other features that give citizens easy access to City officials and services; City news, announcements and events; the City’s Facebook and Twitter sites; and, a way to sign up for the City’s emergency notification program, ReadyNotify.
The app is free and available for download for iPhone and Android mobile devices. Search for Access Cleveland Heights.
Don’t have a smartphone? Not to worry. You can still access the app through the City’s website at www.clevelandheights.com/
