Today, we are looking for a freelance-to-hire Web Marketing Assistant to work with the team to provide content on new campaigns, sales materials, web content and presentations.
Your Job
Marketing
- Working with internal team and external partners to achieve successful execution of the plan
- Social Media Management – Creating content and updating internal and client social media pages, participating in strategy and planning meetings, and providing regular reports
- Web analytics monitoring and reporting based on key metrics and providing regular reports
- Affiliation partners – Campaign management, conversion monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks with reporting through affiliate software.
- Data input for internal projects and client tasks
- Keeping up to date with internet and marketing trends and providing bi-monthly trend reports
Writing
- Develop written content for business development campaigns including site copy, emails, ad scripts, newsletters, etc
- Help to strategize new outreach campaigns, create content, execute delivery and monitor results
- Work with current staff to develop timelines for content deliveries and schedules for campaigns
- Transform technical aspects of ecommerce technology products and services as well as service benefits into clear, compelling content deliverables centered around value propositions
- Copy, edit, and proof all text assets on the website, in promotional materials, and in customer-facing communication
- Create content for clients as needed
Your Skills
- Experience in the world of professional writing with the ability to demonstrate both expository and persuasive writing skills
- Basic understanding of business technology solutions
- Sales or marketing background and/or experience
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in the world of eCommerce technology or SEO is a huge plus
- Writing portfolio including Whitepapers and Press Releases
- Knowledge or experience with Pipedrive CRM, web and application development platforms
