The Jewish Learning Connection invites the community to the celebration of a new Sefer Torah at its 26th anniversary dessert reception Motzoei Shabbos at the Green Road Synagogue 8:15 om. Rabbi Mordechai Becher will be presenting an audio visual presentation on the Treasures of the Cairo Genizah. For reservations please call the JLC at 216-691-3837.
There will be an opportunity to sponsor letters in the Torah at the event, as well as on Sunday at the JLC Waxman Torah Center at 12:30 pm. At 1:15 there will be a Hachnasas Torah at the JLC with live music.
