Cleveland Heights-University Heights schools to put property tax increase on May ballot

Cleveland Heights-University Heights schools will put a 5.9-mill tax increase on the May ballot.

The new tax would cost homeowners an additional $210 a year for every $100,000 of home value and generate $6.3 million a year for district operating expenses.
