Middle school students devoted four extra hours of their time to studying the Torah on Feb. 3 for the annual Torathon fundraiser at Fuchs Mizrachi School in Beachwood. The school’s biggest fundraiser of the year raises money for the sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade trips at the end of the school year. Its goal is $4,000.
“It’s great to be able to raise money for these things while promoting excitement for learning Torah,” said Rabbi Ben Fried, principal of the junior high school.
