Dear Cleveland Residents,
I’m writing to you today to ask for financial support, emotional support or both.
As some of you know our son Yonathan, 25, had brain surgery for his severe epilepsy at the Cleveland Clinic in 2013, and recently another brain surgery. This surgery is not done yet in Israel. He has an implant called RNS that will reduce his seizures greatly, or in best case, eliminate them completely. The surgery was done on April 22 and the next appointment is on June 19th. After that he will have to come back to Cleveland Clinic every 6 weeks for 4-6 times, depending on how he will response to the device.
We will have to stay in the US all this time because we can’t afford the travel expenses. We need to ask for your support to be able to pay medical, insurance, travel and living expenses. The medical expenses exceeds $10.000. Father Shimon has not been able to work during the last 3 years due to the 24/7 care needed for our precious son. Mother Chava is not able to work since she has disability herself and cannot supply all the care Yonathan needs.
The people in Cleveland have been wonderful to us and we are very grateful. A big thank you to the wonderful Bikur Cholim here! We can not thank you enough. We have permission from Rav Hirschfeld to collect and ask for help. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at: Shimon 347-453-7964 or chavalinder@yahoo.com.
THANK YOU
