No Tashlich This Rosh HaShana at Waxman Chabad

Unfortunately, there is no longer a source of water at the shul and the community is advised to find an alternative location for Tashlich. Rabbi Chaikin shared this information and will miss having this dear custom performed at the Chabad House.
