Hebrew Academy of Cleveland would transfer all of its pre-K through 12 boy students to a proposed new school campus on Warrensville Center Road.
The campus would occupy the site of the former Oakwood Club, which closed in 2010 after merging with Mayfield Sand Ridge Club in South Euclid and Chardon.
Hebrew Academy would convert its South Taylor Road campus to a school for K-6 girls. Junior- and senior-high girls would continue to attend classes at the academy’s Beachwood campus.
Meanwhile, Hebrew Academy would close its boys high school in Lyndhurst and sell the land, according to Rabbi Simcha Dessler, the academy’s educational director.
