Cleveland Heights resident, Dr. Eli Silver, has been named to the 2015 Castle Connolly Top Doctors list. Dr. Silver was also recognized in a special Top Doctors issue of Cleveland Magazine (August 2015).Eli Silver, MD, is a pediatric specialist in allergy and immunology in the Division of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital.
