Uptown and its surrounding area has become a thriving arts and entertainment district in Cleveland’s University Circle. But even with the transformation over the last several years, the neighborhood was still lacking in one area: kosher restaurants.
That all changed on Jan. 14 when Kantina, a new kosher restaurant, opened inside the Albert and Norma Geller Hillel Student Center on Euclid Avenue.
Seth Bromberg, a Brooklyn native who moved to the Cleveland area 11 years ago, is owner and operator of the restaurant.
