Channah Appel hopes Take2 Boutique becomes the first stop for adults seeking high-end clothing for weddings and bar mitzvahs. Better yet, the Beachwood woman hopes it becomes their go-to source of designer apparel, some of it new, most of it gently used.
That ambition explains why Appel, who started Take2 as a thrift shop in South Euclid in July 2015, recently opened Take2 Boutique, its pricier sibling in University Heights.
