Job Summary
Part time 12-16 hours per week
Perform work, including but not limited to accounts payable, payroll and performing clerical tasks.
Bookkeeping Job DescriptionÂ
- Knowledge of accounting techniques and procedures regarding accounts payable and payroll
- Knowledge of how to type
- Communication skills to communicate with employees and outside vendors
- Manual skills for typing, keying and filing
- Works independently. Work is directed by precedents or company policy. Employee utilizes a large variety of guidelines to analyze facts and determine the correct procedure to use
- Job is performed in an office environment
- Two to five years previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Salary
An hourly rate based on experience
