I hope the dude does a volume cost study with relation to his fixed and variable costs of opening a new store and the market demand and monthly volumes he would have to sell to meet his total costs… it’s gonna take a heck of a lot of potato chips and yogurts to sell to meet his total monthly costs… it’s a significant barrier to market entry because ckeveland is not ny or other larger city… true cleveland grown …. but most people here eat ou d and don’t look for heimush products …. o wonder if he did a formal market study with a reputable firm that deals with opening food stores… or better kosher specific food stores.

Seasons will be welcomed with open arms. Many families could not buy the products they needed to prepare for this Pesach in town and relied on family coming in from New York and elsewhere. Local stores kept saying they were going to get basic items and never did. During the year and before each Yom tov we should have access to the same fine groceries and selection that they have in every other city. The religious and non-religious will support Seasons that is the key to the success.

People have begged the local jewish stores to upgrade and accommodate the needs of the growing community and everything fell on deaf ears. Seasons is not taking away any opportunities from local people and bezras hashem when they open they plan on hiring many people from our community.
