Rabbi Herschel Baron spent his life dreaming of living in Eretz Yisrael. He survived the Holocaust by moving throughout Europe and deep into Russia to avoid capture by the Nazis, and immigrated to America in 1947. Rabbi Baron was one of the few survivors from Lithuania who had studied in Telshe, and he helped to reestablish the Telshe Yeshiva in Cleveland, OH. Last month at a vibrant 90 years old, Rabbi Baron fulfilled his life-long dream and made Aliyah, where he plans to contribute to the growth of Torah in Eretz Yisrael. #NeverForget #MakeItHome
