Busy plumbing office is looking for a qualified office manager that can work independently. Candidate MUST have the ability to multi-task in order to receive incoming calls, schedule jobs, talk to customers and work with plumbing supply companies, insurance agents and city officials. Previous dispatch experience would be helpful but is not necessary. Other duties include invoicing, filing, scanning and all basic office responsibilities. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as the ability to navigate on-line are absolutes. Experience with social media and marketing is preferred.
