Unfortunately, the end of an era. Moishe Rosenberg was an icon of the Jewish Community, the baking business and just plain and simply the man. He had a heart of mush gold, he was really a softy, and loved to perform mitzvos and do chesed and tzedaka. he felt an achrayus, responsibility to the community by offering credit and charity that knew no bounds. His smiles to kids was well known. As soon as a he saw a kid in his store he would ask.. did you get a cookie? did you get one for your siblings too? He really got nachas from everyone. He saw generations grow up in the community and followed them and took an interest and concern. He loved his family, immediate and extended. he was always at simchos, participating and loving being there and shepping nachas. He was loved by thousands.
