I highly recommend using Rabbi Dafner as a tutor. He is an excellent teacher! I have seen him working with individual students as well as with large classes and his ability to engage his students while helping them learn is admirable. He masterfully creates a controlled, predictable and reliable environment where his students strive to meet his fair and reasonable expectations. Rabbi Dafner has demonstrated that understands that educators need to take a more creative approach to teaching than the classic “one size fits all” style of teaching. Rabbi Dafner certainly has much to offer in the capacity of a 1:1 teacher, where I presume he will create a tailor made learning plan that suits the individual abilities and learning style of his specific students.
