From a notification from Cuyahoga Ready Notify received at 5:17pm:

“911 system may be down. In Shaker Heights, for Police emergency, call 216-491-1234. For Fire emergency, call 216-491-1212.”

It’s not clear from the notification whether the outage may be outside of Shaker Heights.
