Duties and Activities may include but are not limited to:
- 60-100+ calls per day (Non-sales calls)
- Data Entry-Description of call success
- Reporting daily workload
- Maintain service standards with timely & professional responses
- Professional telephone and e-mail communications with customers
- Keep detailed and accurate records of calls
