Vaccines can be received at a pediatrician’s office, select pharmacies, and some primary care providers. Some pediatricians will make it available to parents of patients or perhaps even to other adults. Be sure to call ahead to confirm the MMR is in stock before going there.
Another option is to get the vaccine at the Cuyahoga County Board of Health’s satellite clinic in Warrensville Heights. It will be open this Friday April 12, and they have indicated that if there is sufficient demand, it can either open again erev Pesach Friday April 19 or perhaps another time in our community. The clinic is located at South Pointe Hospital 20050 Harvard Ave Suite 102, Warrensville Heights Ohio 44122. 8:30am to 4pm. They ask that you please call ahead at 216-201-2041 so they are prepared. They accept insurance and can make special arrangements for uninsured in financial need.
