A-Z Plumbing & Drain Service, Inc., a fast growing centrally located company, is currently looking for a part time, experienced customer support/office assistant. This is a great opportunity for a person who is a fast learner and can in a fast paced environment — Multi tasking is a must!
Candidates must have:
- Excellent customer service skills: Answering incoming calls with a professional demeanor also making collection or follow up calls
- Organizational capabilities: Scheduling appointments, filing, correctly adding all customer information into the job log and phone app.
- Basic bookkeeping skills: Issue invoices, process checks, run credit card transactions, run finance applications, and cross reference payments
- Previous office experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office; including word and excel
- Typing skills: Must be fast and accurate
- Experience using email for correspondence and Google for searches
- The ability to read a map
- The ability to operate a multi-line phone system
Previous dispatch experience is a plus.
Hours are:
- Sunday 9:00-5:00
- Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-5:30pm
- Friday- Saturday Off
