Therapy is a potent and effective intervention that can provide tools to thrive and repair your discontent. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families on their journey toward connection and fulfillment. Overcoming challenges such as depression, anxiety, managing the ups and downs of life and emotions, improving communication skills etc. can seem daunting. In therapy, you will find a safe environment that facilitates self-awareness regarding the stressors that have brought you to reach out for therapy. I believe in the incredible human capacity to reframe your circumstances, create a new narrative where you feel empowered to approach your challenges with renewed hope.
As a community rabbi in Columbus, I am attuned to the nuances of religious living and its unique challenges. I am currently a graduate level trainee working toward a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. My education and prior life experience has enabled me to connect with my clients in a clinical setting. Through forging a strong therapeutic relationship and utilizing integrated therapeutic methods, I am here to help you discover meaningful change. I am directly supervised by Sara E Roth, Ph.D., IMFT-S, LPCC, as well as by my internship supervisor from my graduate program, Touro University Worldwide.
Receiving therapy from a graduate-level intern is a fantastic opportunity to connect with someone who is actively engaged in the learning process and closely supported in supervision. Currently accepting new clients, individuals, couples and families.
In cases of financial need, there is a limited number of significantly reduced rate openings for new clients. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet teletherapy.
