Cleveland Heights is being offered money that Councilwoman Davida Russel has earmarked $2 million of for our neighborhood. She wants to hear from us how best we think the funds can be used. Susan Efroymson will be one of several moderators along with Rhonda Davis Lovejoy of Blanche Neighbors and together with Efroymson of Taylor Neighborhood Association. Learn how it can help and what its restrictions are and let your voice be heard. Councilwoman Russel is listening
