Under direction of the Business Director, the Conference Center Administrator/Fiscal Assistant manages the schedule and activities of the Conference Center, as well as works closely with the Business Director on a range of fiscal activities.
The scope of duties related to the Conference Center range from logistics for in-house staff meetings to large community events. Coordinating the needs of the Center, the Administrator works closely with the Kitchen Manager, maintenance staff, security team and others. Responsibilities include overseeing the Conference Center and meeting room calendars, as well as the Community Calendar. The Administrator also supports the Business Director and fiscal department on a variety of projects, as needed.
