Cleveland Heights taps into direct water service agreement with City of Cleveland

With an eye toward cutting the average residential water bill nearly in half after five years, City Council has forwarded a direct service agreement to Cleveland officials.

The goal was to get the necessary legislation to Cleveland City Council for consideration prior to its June 7 summer recess, so that Cleveland Heights’ entire water system can be turned over to its supplier in January 2017.
