The candidate will have experience working with students in the mid to upper grade levels. The candidate will be available during the school year for approximately 15/20 hours per week, from about 1:00-3:30/4:00 daily, to give one-on-one instruction to student during school hours. Familiarity with IEPs is desirable and our focus would be on practical math skills and life skills, and on reading comprehension. Water rates for the average Cleveland Heights residential customer will rise by 21 percent — from $53.79 to $65.04 a month — starting Aug. 1.

In addition, water service fees for commercial customers will increase from $10 to between $20 and $68, depending on the size of their meters. Service fees for residents now paying $10 a month will not change.
