First Alert Interconnected Battery Operated Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Voice Location
This smoke detector has a special feature not found in most models – it allows several units to link together through a wireless connection and if there is a fire or carbon monoxide then every detector will alert and a voice will call out the name of the room where the actual fire is located. Further it offers a combined carbon monoxide detector as well in the same unit. These are usually near $100 or more but Amazon has these on sale for just $39. Obviously the best way to utilize these detectors is to buy a few and have them all talk to one another. Consider buying long life batteries as reviews cite that the wireless functioning depletes battery life which is usually maxed out at 6 months.

NY businessman checking out Lyndhurst for kosher grocery
(Cleveland Jewish News)
A New York businessman who wants to build a kosher grocery store in Lyndhurst has taken the first step toward realizing that dream, according to Chuck Essreg of Kowit & Co. Real Estate Group.
The Lyndhurst planning commission approved splitting an empty lot next to Tesla Motors off the southeastern corner of Richmond and Mayfield roads, paving the way for Israel Blackman to build a full-service kosher grocery store there. Essreg represented Blackman at the June 25 commission meeting.
