Administrative secretary needed in child care center. Candidates to maintain all records in organized fashion with attention to detail.  Must be able to communicate with parents and staff in friendly manner.  Must demonstrate excellent phone and computer skills, proficient in Excel, oversee county voucher program, multitask and take initiative in a school office setting. Ability to execute all responsibilities without prompting a must. Previous secretarial experience required.
