10 Ways to Help You And Your CHILDREN Have A Meaningful And Inspiring
(Priority-1)
Use these suggestions to infuse new meaning and excitement into your seder and create a lasting experience for you and your family.
1.Make the most of your Seder and best fulfill the mitzvah of V’higadita L’vincha by staying focused on telling the actual story of Yetzias Mitzrayim; concentrate on the events and their lessons.
2. Transform Yetzias Mitzrayim from a story into a reality by celebrating the Seder like you celebrate a Simcha in your own family. Speak about it vividly, personally and enthusiastically…you’ll inspire yourself and your children.

Passover Is Coming: Your Kids Can Help!
(This post originally appeared on the Orthodox Union website)
Pesach is right around the corner and I am just past the nail-biting phase. This is where I just worry about Pesach. I walk from room to room in my house, feeling overwhelmed, not sure how I am going to do it all.
After 13 years of making Pesach, I know that this is an annoying but necessary part of the whole cleaning process. The anxiety that I generate during this time actually propels me forward into the next stage where I finally organize, clean and cook.
For those of you who subscribe to the, “Pesach cleaning is not Spring cleaning” bit, you might want to disregard the rest of the article. I am unmoving and quite stubborn about equating Pesach cleaning with Spring Cleaning. My feeling is that if I am cleaning already, then why not do a Spring Cleaning? Why should I clean twice? (I hope you heard the Talmudic singsong melody in the question and the movement of my thumbs as they went up and down in the air. Yes, I can do that even while typing!)
What I also feel strongly about is that my kids need to get in on the action. It is important that they actively participate in getting ready for the chag.

Green Road Catering Pre-Pesach (Almost) All You Can Eat BUFFET
New Acacia Reservation Metro Park In Our Midst
A brand new park is open on the former site of the Acacia Country Club (Cedar & Richmond) in Lyndhurst just in time for Pesach, hopefully with good weather coming along with it. This park features a few lakes, trails (1.7 mi paved loop path), and perhaps a soon-to-come sledding hill. The existing club house may one day be a good location for public events.
The Acacia Reservation, a 155-acre Cleveland MetroParks site, was bought for $14.75 million by Arlington, Va.-based Conservation Fund in December, which in turn donated the site to the parks system.
The Cedar Road park just outside Beachwood’s borders has a 1.7-mile loop — part of the paved path that was there when it was a country club — and green space that patrons can use.
Find out more about the park here. Details are a little minimal at this MetroParks link but you may wish to take a look at a Google Maps view of the park just below:
