The Up Side of Downs of Northeast Ohio provides support, education and advocacy for people with Down syndrome, their families, and communities. Our programs are based on the belief that all people with Down syndrome should be accepted, included, and empowered. The Up Side of Downs envisions a community where people with Down syndrome have limitless opportunities and the ability to pursue their dreams.
We are seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership and oversee the implementation of our recently created Strategic Plan, including programming and operational goals.

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Beatrice Weiser, mother of Sheldon, Gordon, Brenda, Herschel and Fred Weiser Marcy Tesler, and Barbara Schlesinger. The funeral will be on Tuesday, January 29 at 9:30 am at Berkowitz-Kumin. Burial will be at Zion Memorial Park (Taylor Rd. section).
The family will sit Shiva until Monday morning, February 4th after Shacharis at their mother’s home, 13690 Cedar Rd., west of Washington, between Cranston and Brockway. Best parking is on side streets.
