The Different Needz Foundation – Grants for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
The Different Needz Foundation helps individuals with developmental disabilities obtain the necessary equipment and medical services they need to have the best quality of life. Grant applications are made available in January of each year and are due by March 2nd. Grant awards are announced each year in May. The Foundation considers future needs and provides payment for medical services or equipment directly to the provider. Applications are available online and the Foundation is located nearby in Chagrin Falls, OH.

For years, Cleveland Heights has had one of the highest property tax rates in all of Ohio. Lately Garfield Heights has moved toward the top as well.
But the highest tax rates don’t necessarily translate into the highest tax bills. Communities with million-dollar homes, places such as Hunting Valley and Chagrin Falls Township – top the list for highest median tax bills.

Cleveland Heights-University Heights schools will put a 5.9-mill tax increase on the May ballot.
The new tax would cost homeowners an additional $210 a year for every $100,000 of home value and generate $6.3 million a year for district operating expenses.
