Wonderful Shiur for Women – Rebbetzin Shoshana Klahr
Why is the city’s name spelled as it is? Beachwood Historical Society seeks the answer as 100th anniversary nears
(Plain Dealer)
The beech tree for which the city is named is spelled with two ‘e’s, while the name of the city contains the letter “a.”
Why? That’s the question two women who serve as the backbone of the Beachwood Historical Society want answered as the community prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2015.
Historical society President Rosemary Nemeth and Archivist Nancy Hart traveled Aug. 8 to Columbus to research the question and, while they found one answer, it wasn’t definitive.

Walmart’s motto is: “Save money. Live better.” They are therefore bringing to the Kosher consumer new low priced brands and national Kosher brands at attractive prices. Both here in the South Euclid store and around the country.

Walmart plans on bringing more and more products aimed at the Orthodox Kosher Community in both the Cleveland market and others across the country. All you have do is buy the stuff and ask for more. Tell your friends. Make sure you tell the stores that you appreciate them carrying these items and more will follow.
