The Cleveland Heights Police Department will hold a public auction (cash only) on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Cleveland Heights Police Department on the north lawn, lower level of City Hall, 40 Severance Circle. The auction will include bicycles and other unclaimed items.  The auction is being held in accordance with Section 737.32 and 737.33 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. Open to residents of other cities. Free bicycle licenses given to Cleveland Heights residents.

A grant-funded study of the Cedar-Taylor Development Area calls for some immediate streetscape amenities, along with some new new traffic and parking configurations further down the road.

Resident and commercial building owner Kevin Smith presented the study to City Council Monday (June 16), prior to the award of up to $11,000 in Community Development Block Grants for this year.

It is the responsibility of the United States Government to ensure the safe and timely return of it’s citizen and son, Naftali Frenkel, aged 16. We demand that President Barack Obama and his administration use all means necessary to assist the Israeli Government in their efforts to locate these captive children in line with their strict stance of “No Boy will be left behind”.
