University Heights City Council discusses seeming salt shortage
(Cleveland.com) UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio — Sometimes it seems like the only end in sight to this winter is in the backup supply of road salt.
City Council discussed the apparent shortage of salt at its Feb. 3 meeting and issued profound thanks to neighboring Cleveland Heights for its recent “loan” of 600 tons of salt to help keep roads passable.

Holocaust survivors’ stories are vital for all: Regina Brett
(Plain Dealer)
CLEVELAND, Ohio — It happens every time. The room filled with teenagers grows silent as soon as a survivor speaks.
