(Ed: This article provides a useful list of resources as well as link to local informational seminars. Time will prove whether or not the ACA will be able to help community members to obtain affordable insurance, but it is certainly worth the uninsured taking the time to research the options. Many have reported that popular web sites are down to the huge demand with the opening of the program so recently.)

The new cycle of Kitzur Shulchan Aruch Yomi began just two days ago–24 Tishrei! It would be very easy to catch up! Students of the incredible One-Year Program actually study and complete the entire Kitzur Shulchan Aruch in by studying only several paragraphs a day. As we have noted in the past, the Chofetz Chaim writes that one can fulfill the words “Vehagisa Bo Yomam VaLayla” by learning Halacha in the morning and Halachos in the evening. With so many wonderful English translations of the Kitzur, it is truly a great and relatively easy opportunity to review a vast amount of Halachos over the coming year, with an investment of only several minutes per day. Seize the Opportunity! For calendars, click here >>
