The Cleveland Heights planning commission approved a conditional use permit for Hebrew Academy of Cleveland to operate a boys’ high school and administrative offices in the former Oakwood Club clubhouse Jan. 13.
The permit also allows Hebrew Academy to retain and reuse existing outbuildings on the property and to construct a new multi-purpose field and a new baseball field on the 90-acre site in Cleveland Heights, just west of Warrensville Center Road and south of Mayfield Road.
